Because the neighbourhood kids aren't really involved in the story, I try to show personality through their clothing, and make sure each character has their own individual flair.Īisha: I personally thought long and hard on the kid’s names. The team eventually narrowed it down to one or two options, and after a bit of tweaking we had our final design! When designing the rest of the neighbourhood kids, my main focus was to make sure we had a diverse group of characters! Like with most of my projects, I do a little bit of research into what kids are wearing these days so it doesn't feel outdated.
